Borrowing From Another Library
Sometimes the UTA Libraries do not have access to the resource you are needing. Don't worry! You can still get a copy through our interlibrary loan service for free, so make sure you do not pay any fees to obtain the resources. Our staff will find a library that does own the item and provide you with a copy via pick up, U.S. Mail, or your UTA email address.
WAIT! Before you put in that request, run a search on scholar.google.com Links to an external site. for the item first. Many times the resource is accessible there for free. A simple check could save you time and steps. If you hit a paywall, then go ahead and fill out the interlibrary loan request.
The short video below will show you how to navigate to the interlibrary loan service request form. Or you can click here to log in to the service Links to an external site..
