About Your Instructor

I am Dr. Weeks-Lee, your faculty for Leadership and Management. I have over 14 years in critical care, general medical surgical, and psychiatric nurse. I hold a BSN from UTA, MSN, and Doctorate from Grand Canyon University. My defense project was titled "Implementation of a Comfort Room: A Preventive Tool to Reducing Seclusion and Restraints in the Children Psychiatric Unit". I am a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, I have a love for behavioral analysis. I believe that leaders are groomed by life experiences. If one can follow with integrity, one will be equipped to lead.
