COE Status for next term | Quiz 22

The purpose of this exercise is for you to determine your status with the COE.  This exercise can be completed after the term (fall/spring/summer)official grades post in MyMav. To view when grades are expected to post, refer to the column “Grades Designated Official by Office of the Registrar”. 

Reference the flowchart, located in Module 1.3 COE Probation Outcome Options Flowchart to assist in determining your status with the COE. As a student, it is your responsibility to know your COE status. 

After processing all COE probationary student files, you will  receive a confirmation email which will be sent to you Mavs email account, and will  include additional information regarding your next steps.  After grades post, it takes a few days for our office to process files and notify all COE probationary students.  Your patience is appreciated.
